Our premium and display guitars, as well as string instruments, are inspected by our luthier Willy and our skilled guitar department staff before shipping, ensuring each instrument is finely tuned to your preferences. This includes adjusting neck curvature, string height, electronics, and fretwork so you receive a ready-to-play instrument.
If you purchase a string instrument or guitar in-store, you can have it adjusted to your liking by our trained staff on the spot. Best of all, this service is completely free, and we’ll treat you to a coffee while you wait for your new instrument.
Repair Service for Guitars & Instruments
If your guitar ever needs repair, our in-house luthier is here to help. We also offer repair services for e-pianos and amplifiers, and if we’re unable to fix it ourselves, we’ll promptly send it to the manufacturer. Instruments and guitars purchased from our store can be checked and adjusted on-site by our trained staff to meet your preferences. The best part? This service is completely free of charge, and we’ll even offer you a complimentary coffee while you wait for your instrument.
